My Brother’s Little Dream

“You know, I am saving money now.” My brother told me secretly one day.

“Why?” I was quite puzzled by his words. As we all knew that saving money seemed as snowing in middle summer to my brother.

“Because I want to buy a Breitling watch,” He burbled.

“What? A watch?” I nearly shrieked.

“Why so surprised?” He disdained.

“Why you want to get a watch with so much money? Don’t you have a cell phone? If you want to know the time, you can simply take a look at your cell phone. It is always with you, doesn’t it?” I confronted him with all the questions.

“I mean a Breitling watch, not a normal watch which can just show me what time it is. Don’t you know Breitling watch?” He questioned me.

I shaked my head, ”No.”

He laughed,” You are an out man. Take a search on internet; you will see how many super stars are wearing Breitling watches. Even your favorite star Brad Pitt gets one.”

“Really?” I doubted.

“If you don’t believe me, just search it online and you will see.” He confirmed.

So, I searched the Breitling watch online. Firstly, I got a general idea about its brand. It has been a pinnacle of the industry ever since it is founded in 1884 by Louis Breitling. Each Breitling watch is celebrated for its elegance, precision, quality and durability.

Then, I found many pictures for it and was impressed by its designation, its workmanship and so on.

Finally, I searched celebrates and Breitling watch. Just like my brother said, I did find many many celebrates are wearing it, including my favorite star—Brad Pitt.

Till that moment, I got to know why my brother dreamed of a Breitling watch.

June, the time to find jobs for the thousands of Chinese college graduates, is hot and dark.

Most students will complain the Edu-system, the inflation economy, genius wanted companies asking for working experience. During the summer time, we wish we could stay in a comfortable office and drink a cup of coffee, but we have to hand over our application and face those desperate jobs day by day. Running for a job, we call this flowing, flowing northern or southern, just like a flowing float-weed. And we hope someday we can find our standing space to blossom and yield positive results.

Reality is so cruel that we could not wish a proper position and considerable salary.

We get rid of our dream to work in a big company and pursuing for prosperous future; we give up our desire to buy ourselves the precious Hublot watches or Audemars Piguet watches;

We forget the promises for our loving girlfriends to buy them diamonds and apartments.

I am living in cheap leasing house, selling myself to this foam market, eating simple fast food;

I have already forgotten my ambitious yesterday.

My ever pledged girl-friend leaves me alone rudely because I could not give her the happiness she needs. I don’t blame her for her coldness as I need to say sorry. I could not assure you anything, I could not buy you brand watches and I even could not afford the discount watches on sale.

Love for Today

Until today, I have worked here for a week in this new company. The friends here make me very relaxed and energetic. Everybody works very hard in a professional condition, and sometimes they will also make fun of some other’s trivialities, gossiping in a harmonious atmosphere. To be honest, I like this kind of working style.

My teachers Mr.Ning and Miss Maggie are really easygoing, as somebody tells me that I should ask more for the things I don’t understand before going to this company, so I really appreciate the teaching by doing from the above 2 teachers for me. Until now, I am a little familiar with my working contents and I need to find a better way to improve my working efficiency and enrich my writing material step by step. In this job, I am requested to write some articles and submit them to the platform of blogs and forums I register and refresh them duly. In order to write down proper and high quality articles, I need to browse those samples written by other companions, learning their writing styles and rechecking the using of vocabularies.

My first article is to write an article about wristwatch. The first scene appears in my mind is the ROLEX WATCHES of with Roger Federer, who has just rewarded the Men’s champion of 2010 in Australian Open. In the past almost 10 years, R.
