As adults, we are usually under great pressure and would try our best to get rid of it. However, we seldom noticed that our kids are getting more and more pressure nowadays as they have to study hard to enter the university. So, we should do our best to handle the stress they have. Stress ball will do a lot on this point.
Too much to do, too little time: kids are affected by stress just as much as we are. And while some stress is normal-and can even help develop coping skills-too much can cause headaches, stomachaches, depression, insomnia and missed school days. Here are some ways we may do our help for them.
Get them a stress ball. You may think this ridiculous, however, it does work. You see, most of the kid’s stress comes from their study. They may need to relieve at the moment when they are confronted with a difficult question in math or some other subjects. If they get a stress ball in hand, they can just squeeze it to release the stress they get at that moment.
Ask a different question! You ask your child how his school day was but ask for his favorite part of the day and you’ll automatically boost his happiness and self-esteem! Why? This instantly switches his focus to something positive, which help him become more optimistic. In fact, just thinking of all the good things that happened during the day reduces overall stress by 60%. IT HELPS YOU, TOO! Adults who focus on the best part of their day not only feel more optimistic, but also are 25% happier!
Hand them a dairy! You may have had one as a kid now studies show keeping a diary leads to higher happiness levels, less stress and better sleep. Writing about feelings rather than just daily events. It provides an emotional outlet, which makes kids more able to deal with stress. Not only does keeping a diary help adults deal with stress, journaling can ease symptoms of arthritis menopause and other health issues!
Get started now and help your kids to deal with the stress they meet. It will do a lot of help to both you and your kids.
